OUR FOUNDER

Aaron Friedkin is a physician-executive and founder with experience spanning clinical practice, management consulting, health plan leadership, and venture-backed healthcare companies.

He began his career as a practicing physician, training at Harvard Medical School and the University of Michigan before serving as an attending radiologist. Exposure to the realities of care delivery led him to focus on the structural forces shaping cost, access, and outcomes across the system.

Aaron later joined McKinsey & Company, advising senior leaders at health systems and health plans on complex strategic and operational challenges. He then moved into senior executive roles within Blue Cross Blue Shield organizations, where he built new operating units, led enterprise-wide initiatives, and developed transformational value-based care strategies.

His subsequent work in venture-backed healthcare companies included roles as Chief Business Officer, Chief Revenue Officer, and President, leading go-to-market strategy, partnerships, acquisitions, and organizational build-out from early formation through growth-stage execution.

Today, Aaron is the Founder and Principal of Perspectiv Health. He works with executives, founders, and investors confronting decisions where certainty is low and the cost of getting it wrong is high.
